anyone know how to do this?

I have the engine cover off the car and underneath are two metal pins that i assume are holding the nissan burger in but pushing them doesnt seem to force the burger off the other side? anything else to it im missing or should i man up and put some strength behind it :teeth:

the pins often have glue around them on the outside. you should be able to scrape that off.

then use a hair dryer on a heat setting and heat it up. then with a screw driver wrapped in a cloth you should be able to gently prise it off.

would it require glue when i put it back to keep it on or is there enough grip without?
