S1 HNK
Over the past few days when i drop the driver side window it goes down very slowly and has stopped at one point. I then put up and down a few times and it seems to go back to normal. But it does generally seem to be a bit slower than the passenger side which is working fine. Does it sound the motor is wearing out? Or something is stuck? Anyone experienced this? Any remedies? Thanks,
MITZ@CougarStore
Si, I had a very similar situation with my driver window, eventually it gave up working altogether, took it to Nissan and they changed the motor, quite an expensive job if you’re not covered by warranty… Have you got warranty on your Zed? Cheers for the response mate They are quite dear, might be worth asking ZEDMANALEX or R35 LEE to see if they have any parts once you establish the issue... matth76
I've got an extended 2 year Nissan manufacturer's warranty ("Premium Care"). Would this cover the electric window motor? I hope it does! Has anyone here claimed on an extended Nissan mfr warranty for elec window? My car's a 2005 year.

S1 HNK
i'll have a look into it, the motors do seem to be about £200!! Having said that its the only fault i've had on the car which is fairly impressive! (touch wood)
