Muppets who would use their launch control one too many times would go sobbing to Nissan that they broke their car, and Nicssan need to fix it. Quite rightly Nissan said 'hold on, you've done x amount of launches in a row" or whatever. Warranties are not there to get muppets out of trouble, they are there for genuine problems.
