mick43 Posted November 18, 2008 Share Posted November 18, 2008 Another ex VX220 (NA) owner here. Owned from new for 5 years and 76k miles. Engine and handling mods so went very well. Agree with most of above. VX and Zed two different cars. Only had Zed 2 months and not yet been on track so can't really compare how responsive on limit etc. But Zed is obviously fast and comfortable (& warm) place to be. I don't fit seat as well as VX though. Looking forward to doing more miles in Zed and having a play.... (Evo, 5th gear etc love them VX220 ownership is far more extreme, but then you do get the total feedback of a lightweight car - horses for courses really. I have a north weald day this Friday - if it's wet and cold I'll take the Zed instead of Caterham.
