Is this headunit a BOSE? See picture :-)

I need to know whether this version without cd-changer is a BOSE and if it will be good to replace the BOSE version with built-in 6 cd changer. :icon14:

I don't think it is BOSE but then again the 6cd one isn't really either, it's a Clarion in disguise!

It looks very similar to my standard fit BOSE stereo but its missing the mobile phone holder (or tape player)

That looks like a US base (non-bose) model. I'm assuming you require a 'bose' with the pre-amp outputs that will plug straight into your bose amplified Z? (as above, Bose don't make the headunit, but they do make the amplifier)

 

You could always get hold of a PAC-ROEM-NIS2 cable, which would allow you to ramp down the output of any non-bose stereo and make it suitable for your car?
