Scrag Meister Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Picked my car up from Cardiff on Sunday, stopped at the services to fill up and pressed the fuel cap open button and it popped into the fascia, luckily it had opened the flap before disappearing behind the plastic. It is under warranty but don't really have the time as I need to get down to Devon tomorrow night. Any tips on accessing that bit of the panel work? Thanks Quote
M13KYF Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 yep, done that myself, fiddly but you can get your fingers behind the dash and push the button back through. Access is from just underneath the button. You'll get a scraped knuckle but doable. No need to remove any of the dash Quote

Scrag Meister Posted September 5, 2008 Author Posted September 5, 2008 Managed to get my fingers far enough in behind the fascia to get the button relocated. Happy days. Quote
