gmclaughlin Posted April 4, 2006 Share Posted April 4, 2006 Can anybody help, i have a JDM 350z, i have BOSE stereo system and purchased a uk bose stereo. When i power up the stereo it displays 'secure'. I have tried to press all the buttons in numerous ways and nothing happens, any ideas? Gus Posted April 4, 2006 Share Posted April 4, 2006 I "think" I remember reading that the UK bose stereos were linked in some way to the car that they were originally installed in, so you could not install it into a different car. Sounds like you would need to get Nissan ( or someone else who knows how to do this ) to reset the uk headunit to allow it to play in your car.
