Sill Corrosion

Looking at potentially buying this 350z

but can see previous MOT advisories for corroded sills and underside. The pictures show the underside but I’m no fabricator and need some advice on the condition please.

 

is this too much ie will it cost a load to resolve, or is this a managable level of corrosion?
