JDM front upper control arm ball joint fitment

Hi All,

Been a while since I posted anything, but was hoping for some advice or guidance. 

My imported 2003 350z recently failed its MOT on front control arm ball joints...amongst other things.

I ended up purchasing new Dorman upper control arm assemblies L (521-605) & R (521-606) and seating cones (40173-AL500), but they dont fit the knuckle. Control arms fit the subframe fine.

Where have I gone wrong?

All parts are in stock for your 2003 JDM.

 

From the schematics below, please confirm what parts you require.

It would be 1 on the upper image

I'm heading over to the garage shortly to get some pics because they've only described the issue over the phone and the parts should be compatible as far as I can tell

Just to close out the thread, I did have the right parts in the end and it was an issue of user error.
