horns stopped working

Hi, I have a JDM 2004 350Z and the horns have stopped working,

 

Have changed the 15 amp fuse, fitted new horn relay but still no sound,

 

checked horn wiring (without removing bumper) and all seems sound and secure,

 

would next step be the clock spring? Would the steering wheel volume controls etc still work if clock spring fails?

 

all the other S wheel buttons work except the horn press,

 

is a check of  the horn wiring from wheel to horn required?

 

any help would be much appreciated

Bet the multi meter out and check for feed to the horns.
