Reversing Camera

I purchased a ew Pioneer for my son for Christmas. Part of the purchase included a free reversing camera so I thought brilliant. We are about to carry out the installation of the HU and camera but I do not think the camera is going to be easy to fit due to the type of fitting. It is a cube type with an external bracket. 
can anyone recommend a camera that they have fitted and any photos would be helpful. I’d rather purchase a camera that I know will fit and put the freebie on eBay.
