I have the forms from the DVLA to fill in, but there is a load of stuff on there that I don't know where to get the information from - the standard blurb on a V5 about weights etc etc anyone know where I can find this? Pure Posted May 2, 2008 Share Posted May 2, 2008 I can't remember what the forms called, but when the car is in Japan waiting to get on the boat, it gets de-registered by Japan officials. This de-registration document should have all the information you need on there. Usually it's kept with the car, perhaps you could ask the shipping agent to see if they can find it and fax you a copy, make sure it has a TDN number.......Otherwise your in for one hell of a nightmare and long wait!
