Uprev back to stock settings

My car has had a uprev tune but over the years i've gradually returned to near stock, Recently i removed my hks true dual and went to a single pipe system and now it's constantly back firing.

 

Is there a way to return uprev back to stock settings at home ?

Back fire or after fire

You said that you have changed it over the years to stock, so you can tune it yourself? 
Do you have wideband sensors? If so you can change the fuel, turn on decel fuel cut (if its off)
