Transmission - Rear Extension Bearing

Hi, hoping someone may be able to help me. I am after a bearing for the rear extension element of the transmission for a 2007 transmission. I have attached an image to show the location of the bearing to help with the search. There are no part numbers on the bearing, Nissan Uk cannot seem to source/know what one it is. I am wondering if this is just part of the assembly and i would need to buy the whole extension unit. Any help would be much appreciated.

Gary,

You do not say if your car is an HR or a DE, however for pricing, the values are similar.

There are 3 x bearings in the end casing and I am unsure which one you require.

There are also numerous bushings and an oil seal that you may require.

The bearings are priced at £50.94, £26.08, and £26.08 respectively and all are showing in stock.

A complete new rear casing is £700.05 and is a 4-6 week order from japan.

However, I have a very low mileage preowned (23,000 miles) rear casing in stock complete with good bearings, bushings and seals.

This is the way that I would go as the bearings are very tricky to remove and install even with specialist tools.

I can let you have this for £100.00.

If you wish to proceed with your order then just drop me a PM..

thanks for the reply, the bearing i need is shown in the picture below, it is for the main shaft bearing. I have circled the oil seal of where the bearing is located. The issue  have is that i do not have the vehicle, its just the gearbox and i cannot get much from it apart from knowing it is a 2007-2008 version. I tried to send an attachment in a private message but had no luck hence rplying on here :)

The part that you refer to is more of a bushing and is part of the casing and not a serviceable item I am afraid.
