In dash cup holder tension spring

Hi all.. Removed my in dash push in cup holder and a spring popped out buy can't find where it goes..Some kind of tensioner for the holder. .Pic Attached..

Possibly the spring that opens the side bit that moves ? or the one that pops it out when you push it at a guess.
