Clutch issue?

Ok guys, cars not been run much last couple of weeks. Weather really cold 0 degrees. Fire her up and clutch peddle quite low, difficulty in engaging 1st and difficult through gears until few miles done ? Clutch on it’s way? Occasionally get a smell if I drive it hard so was preparing myself for a clutch. Advice? Anyone recognise the symptoms?

Sounds like a slave cylinder. 350z? What year?
