Genuine Nismo?

is there any way i can tell if this is genuine or replica.

 

the owner bought it off ebay and says he bought a car with the kit on so no longer needs it.

 

any experts out there willing to comment?

.looks like a genuine item with the nismo label ?? bear in mind Nismo front bumpers are made from fibreglass not abs

looks like a genuine one. The serial number is the best sign without actually seeing it.

Worth a punt upto a point i'd buy a shine auto one over a nismo one. I had a Nismo one on the car and the smallest tap cracked the gel cote a bit bigger one split the bumper

The material the shine ones are made of is much more flexable compared to the Nismo ones.

Looks pretty genuine to me. I got extra pics off him and it has all the proper fixings - nicely cut holes etc not your typical fibreglass rip off

i suppose you never know, until its too late and the bodyshop says no chance!

 

i take your point about the fiberglass part.

 

i have actually got a veilside v1 front lip in urethane but am concerned that it might sit abit lower than a nismo bumper which isnt actually as low as it looks.

I went aerosync as I didn't want fibreglass. Then I got USDM sideskirts as they are urethane too.

 

If the money is right I still say the Nismo is worth a punt!
