Battery has come with what looks like 2 breather holes?? HELP

Hi All,

 

Picked up a new battery Exide EA654 TYPE 005 and the seller said it would fit. It appears to have 2 breather holes and 1 is covered up by a yellow plug. The car doesn't have a breather pipe so do i leave the plug in or remove it?

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Is that not just a cover for access to the chamber covers?
