Washer jet

My offside washer jet (the bit that physically comes out of the bumper) decided it no longer wanted to be apart of my car the other week whilst on a dual carriage way. 

 

Looking for either a replacement for the "ejecting part" or would consider the whole jet as I understand that it might be odd to separate.

 

Hope that makes sense, I'm not fussy on colour but WV2 is my actual colour code.
