OEM ECU to aftermarket ECU

Hi, I want to change the OEM ECU to an aftermarket one I would like some suggestions which ones are the best and has Plug and Play?

I'd go with Link or Syvecs.

I run Syvecs S6+ on my 350. 

 

Link will also do a good job, but less traction options

I'm running the Link plugin ECU on my 350DE, seems ok so far. loads of options to play with. Still need to get used to the software.
