How much? Engine

Hi guys,

 

I've been on the Z scene for quite a while now, I've had real bad luck with engines. My first was plagued with issues from the start, 2nd I didn't get any use of it... smoked now I'm about to purchase my 3rd... low mileage and 2 owners - 3rd time lucky Hey!?

 

My question is how much could I get for my current engine? Im thinking of listing on ebay, It does indeed run with no knocks or odd noises but it does smoke. I don't have to tech know how to repair this so I thought I'd bite the bullet and get an easy fix for summer.

Sounds like it needs a full rebuild, so only worth its weight in scrap at a guess. That said it's worth whatever someone will pay for it.

£300 as it is if someone was doing a built engine. Unfortunately there are loads of these available so hard to place. I have one with bottom end knock I have kept hold of in case someone has a need for the heads etc
