Window rattle/bang when shutting door

So I've spent some time this evening trawling the forums for a similar case but couldn't find one so a thread it is. Basically when I shut the drivers side door it makes a sort of rattle/bang as if the window is loose, I'm assuming that the window pane is loose or something but just wondering if anyone else has had this? Just wanna ask before I start stripping trim and panels back haha.

Mine does that, but only with the window down...

if it does it when the window is up, check the auto drop is working - as in the window drops a few mm when you open the door and goes back up all the way when shut, if not do the reset procedure
