Spark plug change- help needed

[GT Driver]

Have 4 of the 6 plugs changed but having issues accessing two plug-wells. Can anyone tell me what is this rubber hose here and if it can be removed without causing any issues? I'm trying to get at the spark plug on the driver side bank - the one closest to the front of the car.

 

 

 

 

Also any tips on getting at the passenger side bank - plug furthest in?

The pipe you refer to is just a vacuum pipe and is nothing that will cause any issues if put back properly.
