Dicky Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Anyone removed one of these before. My daughters seat belt it slow in retracting and has to be assisted to fully retract. I've washed the belt itself but still the same so I'm going to try and tension the retract spring. Can the spring be retensioned and I'm a bit worried about any explosive devices in the system. They say to disconnect the battery negative and wait for 3ins + but it seems a bit scary. Any advice? Quote

Jay84 Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 Not sure how accessable as never tried on my 350, but if you can get access to the tensioner and silicone the mechanism up a bit might help, rather than replacing. Quote
