HEADPHONES Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 Check the flange where the back box meets the mid pipe. Common place to fail. Can get it welded at an exhaust place for cheap while you decide if you want a shiny new system or just leave it repaired. Quote

Alas the whole system is only just over a year old so binning or welding is not an option if it's broken then Cobra can replace it for free as I'm the purchaser so have a lifetime guarantee.
