New Battery help

Fitted a new battery today and everytime I get in the car even with the engine running the alarm goes off ! Same when I open the doors when the car is unlocked the alarm goes off. Any thoughts ?

Try resyncing the key fob

Car battery I assume?

Try disconnecting the battery for 15+ minutes.

Problem solved, it was the car battery, I left it running for a good 1/2 hour and the alarm has stopped sounding when I open doors etc. Only factory alarm on the car ! Weird.
