Quinster 84
After the torrential rain in the last 24 hours up here, got into the car and the seatbelt was wet! Soaked right through just at one section of the belt (the bit across my shoulder funnily enough) I'm sure i know where it's coming from but scared to mess about with it. Think it's the rubber above the belt holder. Anyone any tips/ideas? Thanks. Robert
MrLee 23
Have you checked the roof for holes? Mine had this until I replaced the whole roof.
Quinster 84
Have you checked the roof for holes? Mine had this until I replaced the whole roof. It's a brand new roof, so I'd like to think that it's ok. Must be the rubber I reckon.
HaydnH 696
If its the rubber and it's not damaged then try some Holts rubber lubricant, basically spray it on and leave it, the rubber puffs up a bit and improves the seal.
zebedy 333
mines a new rood and its always the top of the seat belt where the holder / loop is that gets wet. Funny that.
