shire350Z Posted January 30, 2008 Share Posted January 30, 2008 Bought alot off parts from delsa motorsport around xmas time and when they arrived some off the parts were missing, so i emailed them and they apoligised saying there shipping team had missed them off the order!! Fair enough, so i waited 2weeks heard nothing. Emailed now maybe 3/4 times and still heard nothing back and no parts!! plus they cant be in the country yet or id have heard from parcel force about the clearence fee and import tax, as i did with the previous parcel. GIXXERUK Posted January 30, 2008 Share Posted January 30, 2008 ask them for a tracking number or ask them to track it for you, i had a similar problem and i was convinced they hadnt sent the parts, i reported them to paypal and ebay and on the same day the parts arrived for some unknown reason the first order i had took approx a week to arrive end the second took a month ! try emailing via one of their ebay ads they seem to respond to those good luck Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
