Already known slave/master cylinder issue

So it has finally happened to me. Clutch pedal stuck at bottom and has to be eased back to the top with my foot. My main question is does this normally affect the cars ability to select gears too? I was having real difficulty finding any of my gears.

Lame! Only just had the clutch done, was hoping to avoid this. Oh well
