Terrible service at Nissan Mill Hill, should I use Ancaster Bromley or Motorline Tunbridge Wells this time?

Pretty self explanatory as per the title, 370ZN service due this month and wondered if anyone had horror stories from Ancaster Bromley or Motorline Tunbridge Wells before booking it in with one of them. Also looking for a GTR test drive while they fiddle with her. Bias is towards Tunbridge as there are five other car dealers nearby with vehicles I can test drive if Nissan are being stingy (R8, M3, RCF, MX5 lol).
