ddcboyle Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Hi again guys, Just wondering, the knee rest pads in the 350z, are we able to get them as an individual leather pad, or is it imbedded into the plastic? The a5 doesn't have it, and was quite a nice touch in the zed. Quote
ZEUS Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Welcome back stranger! Im sure you can separate the pads off the plastics. Quote
d95gas Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Si (Hide n seat) took my 350 knee pads off and put them back on after recovering them. May be worth dropping him a line as he knows what they look like and may be able to come up with some thing for the A5 Quote
Jetpilot Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 They have a sort of plastic rivet thats heat welded from behind, easily removed with a drill like a normal rivet. You will probably have to glue them back in place though, silicon or tigerseal will work. Quote
ddcboyle Posted December 27, 2015 Author Posted December 27, 2015 Ah rivet will be fine taking off. Is it just a rivet holding it, or is it also glued to the plastic? Just wondering incase i take it off and the stitching comes undone from glue Quote
