Zedrush Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Sorry to post on here, just need some clarification. Gordan Brown has signed it today, handing over Britain to the EU for good, meaning that immigrants who were on the verge of being kicked out including those who have commited dreadful crimes, will now be able to fight their case under the new ruling. Where was the public vote on this and what other issues lay at stake with being handed over to the EU? Quote

Under the new treaty they will have the right to opt in or out of any policies in the entire field of justice and home affairs. Quote
