  1. I should think that the 20's will ruin the ride and handling, which would be a shame. Nissan designed the car to use wider tyres at the rear to provide grip for the grunt of the V6 - presumably they used a narrower front to make it easier to turn the front wheels and prevent tramlining. The tcs would probably be confused by the new weird geometry too....

  2. Are you talking about the cheapo ebay stainless jobs for about 200 nicker?

yes are they any good? or just cheap n nasty?

Well, reading between the lines........:lol::lol::lol:

A few people have bought cheapo stainless exhausts on here and had to spend a bit of time adjusting/modifying them to gt them to fit properly. Basically if you're handy or have a friendly fitter it might be worth a punt.

I can't comment on this Infinity item although someone else might come along with experience of them.

  3. i think it should be now that we point out how expensive it is to manufacture in ABS, the machine i had at my old place took ABS cartridges, they were very expensive, we had a student mock up a kids toy train at 1 foot long and 7" high it cost about £60 in materials.

these new powder based resin printers are cheaper to maintain but costs are still high.

£60 is cheap  Materials don't cost much if you have the luxury of playing with a machine at work/school but it is expensive to out-source the models due to high equipment/maintenance costs, as I said.....

We use these at work a lot. Each model is pretty expensive - something 400x400x400mm is about a grand depending on complexity.

This is for the powder based models......

  4. I say build one, if you have some basic know how. Just do your research to ensure the parts like each other. It's satisfying when it all works (it's a lot easier these days) and you will have a better spec machine at the end of it - in addition to having a better understanding to fix things if they go wrong.

I spent £600 5 or 6 years ago and ended up with a machine which would have cost around £1K already built.

  5. Schnitzels don't do it for me I'm afraid. The Gulasch has now been beaten, since my parents mOved to Hungary, The Hungarian Goulash absolutely kicks ass.

I'm sure. SkiZ trip could be organised. Even better how about a ski drive with the Zeds

For me unless I'm desperate for skiing I avoid the weekend trips as they are as expensive as a full week. I'll maybe throw some ideas into the pass.

I'm partial to the Gulasche still, been to Innsbruck twice (was there the weekend before last) and the Picante Gulasche is a nice slope lunch. With a Weizenbier of course ;)

My latest trip was for a weekend and you're right it's an expensive way to do it, but it's hard to get a couple of trips in otherwise. Innsbruck can't be beaten for transfer times when you're pushed for time.

  6. To be fair, it isn't surprising that none of the blokes on here will admit to liking Whitney Housten's music. For the record I don't either

But like it or not she/her record company produced some tunes which hit all the right buttons for plenty of people who like that crap - and made a fortune for her and the company. That isn't her fault and I think that success should be celebrated. At least she had a talent, unlike most of the sheite we get drip-fed these days - step forward 'TOWIE':boxing::bangin::thumbdown::doh::angry::headhurt:

I think it's a shame it ended for her that way, drugs or no drugs.....
