  1. Hi guys,

I read somewhere that the zed has a tyre pressure system strapped on to the alloy to show the tyre pressure reading in the car - is this correct?

If this is so, as with many other sports cars, what do you do when you swap over alloys? I want to keep the original Rays for the winter but have my new Volk alloys for the summer (too good to be swimming in crud for 6+ months of our lovely English year). Do you bother putting new pressure gauges on to the new alloys as well or don't you bother (its not worth it)?

Not on UK spec cars. Not even an option.

  2. Everytime i give it a bit of a launch off the line my car wees out washer fluid all over the rear window. Anyone else's do this?

I have a roadster so it'll never happen....but I do know if I set off really fast and my wife's in with me, she can leak a bit :D

  3. Welcome bud. I saw a roadster nearly two years ago. Asked what it was and then went home. Within 3 hrs I'd found a brand new one in the spec I wanted. Paid deposit over phone. First time I ever drove a 350Z was just after we exchanged keys/bankers draft. I loved it despite being knackered - so excited I couldn't sleep the night before

Get that top down ! Got a nice tan in mine today :D

  4. Love the extra power and ride sounds excellent. I've posted up Zele kit previousl;y and it's my favourite still. However the Nismo is better than std and subtle. And of course it's more than just a body kit, having lovely Nismo engine bay etc. Credit Crunch though, and a car bought brand new 18 months ago. I'll let you all work out the depreciation :scare: . Luckily I'm a roadster man so have an extra year or so to save my pennies. Hopefully economy/my finances better by then. :)

  5. Wish I had asked my dealer first. Just had a P2 and told them to change the front blades whilst they were at it. £56 for the two front blades, £18 for fitting - I'd PSML if it weren't for the fact that I was the mug paying for it. Halfords next time...and they even fit for free !

  6. B) Nice one

I got these over a year ago. Still looking good. Really high quality carbon. Looks fab. Also covered a few scratches that the hard interior plastic on the doors seemed particularly prone too which was a bonus.

  7. Always wanted a roadster so I'm biased. Just love widn in hari motoring - closest thing to being on a bike. Thought the 350 Roadster was awesome, hence the purchase. Gets loads of attention. Heavier though and will never drive quite as well as the coupe version - as with any choptop. You hardly see any as well, which was also a plus for me - I like to be a bit different.

  8. what is the difference between the gt pack andthe premium pack and the base model?

    cheerrs

The Premium pack is one of the new options on the 370 if I remember correctly. Can't remember the 3 level/differences. It's on the web somewhere. Plenty of the Car mags have already run reviews with this on.

350 just comes as std or GT ( + imports which have the spec of their country of origin ) as per other replies.

  9. With the very sad loss of ESR I have at least managed to pay off my credit card and control my spending on the Zed. Looks like it's in for another bashing very soon!! What's worse is that I have hel off some mods due to ECU cancelling them out. Looks like a few mods and an ECU upgrade are on the cards. Oh well, easy come, easy go. :D

  10. I've got a sunset orange ROADSTER - I ain't no girlie and I'm happy to prove it either to him - :boxing: - or his girlfriend :huglove: ( ;) )

If your going to have an in your face car, it should be in an in your face colour. Mate bought a Gallardo but didn't want it too girlie/flashy so got it in GM Grey - Looks shite !!

  11. Sorry mate, can't help. I saw Sainsbury's were selling it all off cheap last year and so dived in to get a years supply of di-ionisign cartridges (never use the 'soap' stuff as it strips wax layers off in a second :scare: ). Npot seen it since anywhere. I only have two new cartridges left myself otherwise I'd have sent you one.
