  1. Ahem... Dont post road numbers... Just in case... You know... We all try to stay at a, cough cough, 59.9 but sometimes stray to, I domt know, what, 61, 62... Dont want to attract attention, eh...

Black not me by the way...

The police will know exactly where people go to have fun.

Big brother is watching me... Paranoid now... Changing route home...

  2. Yesterday, Barrhead, you were just coming onto the main road, I was in the wifes rollor skate (Ford KA) and let you out into the traffic, car looked clean...

    Cheers mate...

The KA? Well the exhaust took a hit on a speed bump, I virtually stop at them too, feckin discrace what we have to put up with...

  3. No problems there, nice one...

The car was faultless, comfy too for the long miles... Tuc slept from The M25 right to Belgium with only an hour and a glass of wine at the tunnel... Which was good just driving through the night in France you can make up a lot of time...

Back to this pishin weather though...

    Cheers mate...

  4. WTF !!!

That was the busiest I have ever seen the Ring, for about a mile in every direction cars parked either side of the roads, everywhere you went...

Needless to say it was closed, there were some fast machines out there (and some not so fast)...

Dont know if it opened up to the public again later but we didnt have the time to find out as we were on our way to Malmedy, there was racing at Spa, we just planned our route that way to get a lap or three in... Bugger...

A fun trip was had anyway and we used the Eurotunnel for the first time, a doddle and will use it again...

Met another black Z in Mosel Valley and a white 370 in Belgium (think it was Belgium we were in) and got lots of looks from everyone... Had fun slides in the hairpins, a bit of speed on the autobhan and 1800 miles of smiles...

  5. Hi guys, as it says on the tin, I need a coil for the Z, I recall the dude I got the gear box pivot bolt from had them but cant mind who...

    Any help appreciated...

    P.S. Its urgent...

    Ta...

  6. Saw you there... You and another blue Z, a coupe...

I was on the bike and had to wait till 5 to get track time, it was a bit mad when we went on as everyone was just going mental after the long wait, quite a few going off...

I posted on the spotted or flyered section and it looks like you enjoyed it anyway, nice one...

    Jixa...

  7. As said, a blue convertable with the red bull logo on doors...

Also another blue Z coupe (there was plenty of room to park there)...

There was a track day on Monday so we had to wait till 5 to go for a blast (we were on the bikes)... Waaaaaa... Mad mental, lets face it, it was hot and waiting hours for some, there were always going to be some offs and a couple of them were quite spectacular... Anyway, a good time was had by most hope you guys in the Zeds had fun (did any of you see the red Pugeot 306 tricicle, he was going for it, or the Ferrari on the back of the ADAC lorry, broken beyond repair)...

    Cheers...

  8. Gunmetal convertable, M77 in the outside lane doing 50 in a world of their own oblivious to the fact that theres someone behind and a whole inside lane there for when not overtaking...

    Hi there... Grrr...

  9. Well, put it on the lift Saturday afternoon, the slave cylnder was not the problem...

The actuator arm was not where it should be...

    So...

We dropped out the gearbox, and found this...

    SDC10969.jpg

Anyone got these in stock or know the part number so I can try order one, its the actuator pivot, it sheared...

Has this happened to anyone else?

If its one of those things thats made of Unobtainium then I will just have to drill it out and put a stud in it but I'm trying for the original part first...

Any help / info appreciated... Cheers...
