  1. Hi guys, well after the first meet went so well i'm now looking for ideas for 2010. I think something along the same lines as last time would be good but lets try and get to a different part of the country so that we can be a bit handier for other members. So stick all your ideas and possible dates up and we'll see what proves popular. I'd like to mention as well that the z club are having a big run out in ireland next year, I will keep everyone updated on here.

  2. I know samsung sorta kicked off the whole led tvs but I remember reading somwhere that the samsung ones are not full led on the screen whereas some other makes are, not really up to spec on tellys but it's something you might want to look at.

  3. £200 must be joking, they look ok and a bit novalty but hardly worth that sort of money, the guy making them must be laughing all the way to the bank, sorry but feel it must be said

I'd have to agree, when they were first mentioned a while back i was interested in getting some but after seeing them i'd have to say i'm very disappointed in them. Cheap looking imo

Hi buddy, atm i'm looking into next year. I'm looking at maybe getting a stand organised in a couple of local shows and having a couple of drive outs like our last meet, prob one in may and one in september again. I was also hoping to get over to an event in GB (Wales run out/Zfest etc), with a bit of a convoy heading down to Dublin for the ferry.

  5. Zed'ers, thanks, great information, especially the informative threads posted by Zedrush. I believe that I will go ahead with the modifications, although will now seriously consider increasing the budget to accomodate strengthening the internals. Has anyone on this forum gone through the internal modification route? What sort of costs are involved? I had a quick browse and found some forged pistons at £799, what further modifications are required on top of this to assist with power over 400bhp?

I must admit, I will without a shadow of doubt go for the progressive controller and window switch, I really don't want to suffer any engine issues.

Has anyone any further comments de-cating the exhaust, as mentioned, I was advised to have a "hand built" solution which would benefit over any aftermarket product?

Again thanks for all your comments, very helpful.

    Cheers

It will probably depend on what figures you're looking for, i think the first thing to go is usually the con rods. The hand built de-cats sounds a bit strange as any de-cats i've seen are just a straight bit of pipe.
