I want to know how you made it look like you'd just done a massive workout? Kiss the guns or something?
To quote the great Ron Burgundy: "Ohh, it's the deep burn. Oh, it's so deep. Oh, I can barely lift my right arm 'cause I did so many. I don't know if you heard me counting. I did over a thousand"
The uvula connected to the upper dorsimus, its boring but its my life!

Wouldn't take it to Nissan, they'll prob tell you it is the clutch, even if it isnt! "Oh yeah son, the whole thing has to come out, here's the bill.........." - thats just from my experience.

Yeah i'll be investing in some proper good wax to get some sort of protection. Just got to watch the kerbs round my way more than anything!

They let me see a set that had just come back for an M3 and they looked seriously smart. Should look good on a GM, and the 20mm spacers should have them sitting just right.

Car dropped off this morning, wheels are away to get refurbed and powder coated Anthracite with a polished lip. Spacers to be fitted aswell. Great service so far from Motorwerks in Aberdeen for anyone local. Will post pics when I get it back, should be Friday this week. They're doing the whole thing, wheels/tyres off, and refitting once they're back. Most places needed just the bare wheels which was going to be a pain for me.

As above, require the bolts and spacers for a 3/8th plenum spacer, can any of the traders supply? Probably easier than me fumling my way round B&Q (other DIY stores are available).

My Rays go in on Monday to get them done like pic 3 so I'll have some photos up when I get them back.

Any reason why you're opting for a crash damaged Zed? If its because its 'cheap' you may find in the long run its more costly than just paying the money for a well looked after example that cos a few grand more initially. As Stew said, maybe as a track car fine but as a daily runner I'd stay well clear. The Zed is a 3.5 litre, group 18 sports car, the initial cost isnt the only price you pay, if you're counting pennies on the purchase price you'll struggle throughout the ownership. Just my tuppence.

Excellent Dan - never read that first time around and just read the whole thread with interest. I never realised you were so handy!
+1 - changing the flywheel by yourself!!

Think back to the days of yonder when sub zero introduced himself and mentioned that he is from the US and is moving over here and bringing his Zed in the process.
Pay attention peeps

Any reason why you're selling it Andy?

Certainly will be watching it, hope United win, just love seeing Fergie dancing like a grandpa at a wedding!
1-0 Barca at half time, 2-1 United full time.
