    :lol: some good storys there.

     

    i rememebr being in the local off-license place and seeing an old school friend (yes a girl) who is Stunning B)

     

    Anyway i walked back to the car park with her and she commented that she wanted "one of those next" pointing to my Zed. I walked upto it jokingly saying "yeah its mine" and tried the door handle which didnt open. She started laughing and said "in your dreams". At that point i pressed the key fob and got in, her face just dropped! :scare::lol:

     

    I got some brownie points there... :teeth:

     

    But did you shag her?

     

    Oooh, I mean get her number? ;)

    Neither of them look as good as the Zed though do they...

     

    No agreed, but slightly different market I guess....

     

    If you look here: http://www.infiniti.com/g_coupe/photos/exterior_photos.html I think the first one in blue from profile looks nice. Definitely one of those cars that certain colours suit it a LOT more than others! I don't think red is the best for it....

     

    I think the problem I have with the looks is that it looks a bit Hyundai-ish and the bonnet/front wing lines remind me a bit too much of a Toyota Avensis. I think its lacking the aggressive, or even just sporty, look that I think it will need to appeal to European (in particular UK) buyers.

    I had warped discs on an old 200sx and it was very obvious when you looked at the disc itself, it was shiny all round apart from one dul patch (running from the middle to the edge) where the pad wasn't making propoer contact.

     

    I know you've pretty much resolved the issue now but its one simple of checking for warping if you're worried in the future.

    Now I guess we're all used to getting compliments about our Zeds but what is the funniest compliment you've ever received?

     

    I went to my local drive-thru KFC at the weekend and as I pulled up to the window to order the young lad hung out and said "Nice car mate, I really like these". To which I smiled, thanked him in as much of a non-condescending way possible and ordered my food. When he came back with the food, he said again "I really like these cars, I've got one on my Xbox". My girlfriend and I just pi**ed ourselves laughing at him!

    Vauxhall Chevette "L" in Brown

     

    Was this similar to the American Chevy Chevette? I'm still learning my European only cars :teeth:

     

    Isn't Vauxhall basically GM Europe?

     

    Vauxhall/Opel is GM in Europe but I don't think they sold this in the states did they...

    Don't like that Amuse setup at all. The top secret would be the one I would go for although personally its similar to a choice of whether I want to rub dog poo or cat @*!# on my face.
