very true buddy!!! yeah tried cd to clean lense no joy!!! spoke to two dealers near to me gordon lamb at chesterfield and they were crap!!! no help or advice what so-ever!!! want more just to look at it than other dealer aswell!! Where as evans-Halshaw at mansfield gave me a number for the autoelectrian they use if in warranty which mine aint so spoke to them and there going to have it in take it to bits and find the problem if no joy then can re-wire me a second hand one to the ECU!!! I also asked them about the clicking axles and they wunt do anything as out of warranty but said to call nissan UK and they may be able to help!! so they are opening a case to see if i get anything towards it!!!least they tried not like bloody gordon lamb!!! but the dealer said they'v done a fair few and its just been the bolts so fingers crossed it'll be that and shunt be to expensive!!! but aint holdin my breath

got a 53plate BOSE 6 Cd changer head unit and its skippin so wanting to swap it for 1 that someones swapped for a aftermarket one with theres still working in perfect condition!!! cheers

yeah all comes from the head unit!!!! you need a good autoelectrician to either try to take apart and clean if not solved then replace as they can rewire teh head unit to the ECU thats what im having done!!!

yep top colour they go on about there blue's yellows but they cant have the best interior the alezan there left with boring black!!

yeah i know that just seems strange only when engines running must be a wiring fault!!! as can work fine for hours when engine of then when on skips even if iv not moved anywhere on drive still

new laser anyway off gettin this done without buyin new head unit??? but if its the laser or it being cold then why does it work fine when the engines off!!!

cars been to local garage for service and while it was there asked them about the clicking driveshafts so they'v called round and there only a dealer part!!! each driveshafts around 650 quid each plus VAT then theres fitting!!!

headunit keeps skippin but only when engines runnin when im washing car just with ignition on its fine just wondered if any1 had solved it?? just seems strange the headunits fine when engines off but when running keeps skipping ????? out off warranty so nissan dont wanna know

i cant make my mind up wether to go for pilots or T1-R's alot off tyre fitting places tell me that the toyo's r just as good if not better and cheaper than the pilots as your paying that bit extra for the name!!

iv neevr been a fan off avons but a mate of mine has got them on his leon cupra R and gotta say the grip levels are awesome he's got more grip round a roundabout than me in teh Z and that aint a easy thing to say!!! mates got a evo 6 aswell and he commented on the amount of grip of it

and yeah i found it heavier mate dont drive mine that often as got a van for work think thats why it always feels that bit heavier but you'll soon get uset to it, only time i notice a real difference is when im going slow in second and after turning expecting the steerin wheel to spin back which it would on a smaller car or van!!! but they aint built for the performance factor

yeah thought about one off those dint know wether it made that much difference!!!
