    What do mean about "pull" on flexi, i can see the mesh is frayed.....

     

    Where are you as i want an exhaust? What would delivery be to Kent

     

    I meant pull,fray.Wasn't sure how best to explain it.Thats why I put up the photo :D .As for delivery to Kent,I was hoping to arrange collection or meet someone but unfortunately I am about 600 miles away from you,I am just worried that it will get damaged in transit.

    as said above DVLA won't give any details to anyone so unless you've got your address etc in the car i wouldn't worry. I'd be more worried if the house keys were on there and your address on any paperwork in the car? You may want to make sure so you don't get burgled later!

     

    DVLA will give anyone your details,send them 3 or 4 quid and you will get the owners details by return.

    cheers alex with my limited knowledge and time at the moment ill probally let the local garage do it should a good clean do it then or may i need a new one?? if so any ideas on thr price of them?!, also my fan belt is squealing a little, can they be tensioned? or is it a time for a new one?!! :thumbs:

     

    Just make sure its a garage you trust or they could take it off clean it up,refit it but charge you for a new one. :thumbdown:

    Surrey Police have been doing Operation QUAKE in the Reigate/Bansted/surrey areas this summer targeting NO MOT, uninsured, untaxed etc vehicles, and yesterday walked past a driver of a BMW who had a number plate with odd spaces in it, needless to say, I overheard the officer telling him that he was reporting him for the plate and a fine and points were going to result :surrender::scare:

    can't believe you've just posted this because i am currently in real pain! However i don't think its the zed which has been fine for two years - but ever since i had a micra courtesy car on tuesday my back has been in spasm...........painful!

    the rotation arrow is correctly aligned, but i was wondering if it was possible to mount the rears on the front and vice versa. its sliding around every corner at any speed, feels ten time worse than the bridgestones, and I never thought i would ever say that.

     

    I wouldn't worry to much about that yet.I put Falkens on mine and for the 1st 6 or 7 hundred miles I thought peoples reviews of them were **** takes.I absolutely hated them and nearly took them off but as they bedded in they improved no end.

     

    I would be more worried about the wheels.Thats bloody shocking. :rant:

    In a credit crunch im looking at getting the cheapest deal.

     

    ZeddZ out of interest how much was duty ? ive done some google and found that you should allow about 30%, then again you might get away with nothing.

     

    When I got mine the pound was a lot stronger so it worked out at £234 + £34 duty.Don't ask me how they worked it out because duty is mean't to be vat + approx 3% so about 20%.Vat is lower now so if you do get caught you should be looking at 18% in a worse case scenario.

    I'm listening.I bought one from the ebay link posted and saved £140 after duties.The item arrived in 5 days in perfect condition and I didn't get ripped off like I did in my one and only dealing with ESR.Thanks for your advice.
