  1. Thank you, been a long 4 year project, although in the last year the poor thing has done nothing due work commitments but well worth it & enjoyed every minute/journey in it to date. Drives faultless with a very sorted chassis, love it...
  2. Yeah the Subaru blue & the STi pink would work well for sure, a good friend of mine also has a blue Z sporting 19" TE37's in white, looks amazing but the only problem is they dont stay white more then 1/4 mile, but I just love the colour combination/stance. PS. It was my fault I talked him into the colour white, he wanted bronze.. The BBS's should be back at the end of the month will post pics once back in my posession, hopefully the combination works fingers crossed.
  3. I believe they are annodised as per majority of the RAY's split variety, BELGOM ALU is something I use on in particular for split rims, it's a good safe product with excellent sealent capabilities. http://thepolishingshop.co.uk/acatalog/Belgom.html Also do search on eBay there should be some sellers on there too selling the above product. As already mentioned by (Muddy) Swisswax Wheel Brush an excellent brush, also their wheel clean another great product, it has no chemicals and in fact non of the Swisswax products do, very safe. To endorse (H5's) comment, please, please do not use acidic wheel cleaner on any alloy wheel, regular cleaning with warm soapy water should be plenty, with the odd treatment of some sealent wax, especially this time of the year. My standard RAYS have covered 19k now in 15 months and they still come up mint as they were day one, mostly thanks to their build quality/finish. My Bronze TE37's on the last car were a different ball game as again they're an annodised finish too and I made the mistake of running them through one winter, the salt managed to etch it's mark on the lips, took a long haul of oil treatment to reduce the damage, never again.
  4. Stew... Nice nice don't mind pink either, pink on black usually works well and even on white car seen alsorts of combinations, this year mine will be pastle orange with gold bolts, should be interesting. PS.. the purple was awesome..
  5. Hi Bronzee, Nothing too major on the modification front with this one other then the breathing has been sorted and we'll probably tighten the suspension up a little with a set of tiens. Having had fairly modded cars for the past decade, I've got to point now where I like the idea of just jumping in the car and driving it without worrying about pot holes due to the ride being set low or waiting in the right gear for the blower to kick in. I just like the Z because it's pretty much on the button straight out of the box, it doesn't bore, it still has the capability of scaring you & a balance with assurance when you do want it to just hang out mid corner. The colour gets people curious when your on the road and specially on motorway journeys, they tend jump out of the way first and then look to see why is it orange and try and work out what it is. All good fun, definately a smile per mile type of motoring.
  6. More than happy to attend shows & drive outs not a problem, just announce the dates and we'll see what we can do. Thanks all for very warm welcome. Some pics as per Sarnie's request..
  7. Hello all.. Where to start then? Currently I have an 07 in Temper Orange, had it since new and it's my 4th Nissan to date over a 10 year + period, previous 3 were all turbo charged with the last one being the R33 GTR. Not new to the modifying scene or to track days, enjoy motoring tremendously my only vice really since the age of 3 lol.. I like my bright colours hence the current colour of choice, loud and stunning we love it. Anyway enough about me, I look forward to getting to know some of you and hopefully should be along to a show or two come the weather. Thanks Tesh
  8. Thank you H5.. Please see the following images, they are BBS RM's for my MK2 Golf that were prepared for the 2006 show season in purple & then for the 2007 show season they turned to white, with the dishes lacquered for trial & testing for that year too..
  9. Fully recommend http://www.wheelrefurbishing.com, they have been looking after all my requirements for the past 5 years and I have no complaints.
