im with elephant and my jdm version t is £1200 and im 23 with zero years NCB well got my first one in july.

dont know what make it is but its the ones you plug into your Cigarettes lighter which is a pian in the arse due to it been behind me now.(seating position) i have tried all the frequencies without any luck. i also heard that some double din jdm units might have a port for an ipod at the back in built? or is this just a load of crap?

Alright lads ive a double din unit in my Z of which ive an Ipod adapter , its the kind that is like a mini radio where you tune it in but i cant seem to pick it up on my radio any ideas / any probs similar? cheers chris

Alright, As I’ve had time to think what I want to do now in terms of mods I can start. With the help of bigphil after seeing his zed I feel my needs improving on in all areas. The three areas are engine, styling (exterior), and supension of which I mainly want to concentrate on, with a plan to be subtle. So heres my list; Exterior; • Z - badges front and rear • Rear spoiler (not to big but not small) seen several and like the blitz one. • Alloys , im thinking of staggered deep dish, with chrome lip. Well in that direction anyway. • Clear orange reflectors, maybe with the white LED’s. Engine; • think I’ll go the induction route first to get a nice growl. • Zorst I know there are loads to choose from but I know a very good be-spoke manufacture in the north east and can choose noise level and tail pipes to suit me, (prob a de-cat back) Suspension; • now this is an area I need to read up on, and seek advice from you lads, whats the best route, springs? Coilovers etc… • brakes as on my past cars I’ve always upgraded the discs and pads, of which any recommended?(none brembo callipers) . Any thoughts? Cheers chris.

Hi all, just got my zed (import) and i know there is a JDM section but think i'll try here first. i've a double din head unit with MD disc and CD , its a 'carrizzo' or something like that cant remember exactly, the problem is that my rear speakers seem to be on a very low setting (sound wise) and i've played around for days with the settings, and not fixed it, also the fade is set to '0' . just wondering if this is common ? cheers

cheers lads, loving the zed , Previous cars ive had are 2 x fiat coupe 16vt and my last one was an audi S3. Hence why im enjoying the zed lol. its a version T, fully converted by a main dealer. however the gave me the speed defender (hks type) does anyone know where i could get this fitted? cheers.

Alright peeps anyone from the north east around? just got my fairlady last week with only 8k on the clock fresh import. got some big plans for her. anyone know where i can get decent range of rear spoilers? and the original gt pack one. cheers ill post a pic soon
