Do you have the latest router drivers? Did you have the problem before you started with Vista ?

Can anyone help pleeeeeeese! Im having problems with my pc/internet.

 

Im running Vista and the latest IE.

Sometimes my computer loses its connection or at leats it says it is. Say i was on google and click a link, IE will just give me a message saying it was unable to establish a connection and does not show the page. I then go into my router which says im connected???

 

What i usually do to fix it if i can is go into the router, disconnect from the isp and then reconnect. I then close IE, re-open IE and this sometimes fixes it. However because i was on google (or whatever site at the time i lose my connection) i am then unable to go back on that particular site. Which is alittle annoying especially when im haf way through reading a post on here..

 

It does this at least 2-3 times a day. If i leave it a few hours, it sometimes kind of resets and lets me go on on the websites it previously wouldnt let me on. its seriously peeing me off. Ive tried firefox but thats worse if anything. why does it keep disconnecting even though when i go into the router its not actually disconnected?

aye, been looking at binfield etc.. Is Bracknell that bad? I live in Staines at the moment and it has good and bad bits - I'm in a good bit near the river... I reckon Bracknell is similar... like most English towns... - what's so bad about Bracknell and the "estates"... any stories?

I think it was some German Retro car. I think it was reviewd on TopGear against a TVR sometime a go - Weisman spring to mind but I could be wrong

Got a call from girlfriend she had her driving test today, she passed no more chauffering. Just put a deposit down on this car today, 2003, 20,000miles, didnt want to spend a wad of cash on a car cos Im expecting her to smash it to smitherines in a couple of weeks did I say that not me, what do you guys think, first car, just something to get her by for a year, then get something decent. Think she will be happy? Gonna surprise her for next month

I remember I had one as a courtesy car quite a few years ago. It wasn't bad to drive. I pushed the parking button at about 80 to see if it made a difference. It did. I nearly crashed. Don't do it.

 

It is ace for parking though!
