looks a nice setup

kit ordered tues, received wed and fitted at TDI today - took a few hours to fit and caused some swearing due to having to modify existing bolt hole that was inconveniently close to fuel tank... corrected rear camber from -2.5x to -1.5 and set rear toe to 0.05 for now, felt good on the 50 odd mile drive back home

best time to own a convertible is on a sharp winters morning - (provided you have good heating and a bacon sandwich waiting!)
-
you can change it?!
-
hmm - now i have never used the nissan satnav - but I know that there is no free TMC service in the UK (there is in some parts of europe), only subscription ones..
oh and

mines been like that for 2 years now since I got it (perhaps slightly less severe - no grinding noticed!) - kinda used to it!

TDI have no spare slots on this or next weekend btw.. no mechanic this saturday, and the next one is booked out for a club dyno day. I'm going tomorrow afternoon to have rear camber arms fitted and adjusted

they will definately do well over 160.. something around 168 I seem to recall ...
(haven't hit the limiter in mine mind you - but I do know the speedo is 5mph out at @150 according to gps)

I'm still up for a small meet and some lunch
-
main thing is the price is far too high!

Tasteful! I love those parking sensors - imaging cropping up pedestrians with those - if you cant park a Zed and you need whiskers like those you should'nt be driving and in fact you need to be locked up with such shoddy styling! Love the fake Lake pipe type exhausts!
Oh where is the A Team van and the Suzuki Vitara in Pink? (Off Camera?)
was on ebay a month or so back

strong cat!
-
dont worry I will take it back to TDI to fit and adjust - they know what they are doing
-
wtf?
why has it got whiskers?
-
yes mine are +2.x - they did full alignment but couldnt adjust the rear camber enough and I said I'd see how it drove.. but I have decided I want it sorted as it's niggling at me!
-
ok - my rear camber is 2.x degrees out since installing coilovers last week.. what do I need to fix this? do I need the rear camber bolt kit too?
-
-
they do, just had my coilovers done there.. they couldnt dial in enough rear camber though (need new camber arms for that)..
haltech is running well
