  1. hmm , personally not a big fan of tinting windows, why on earth would someone sacrafice their vision , to make the car look good to joe public. in america, in a hot sunny climate i can understand it , not here though not with the fog , and in a convertible too!!!!!!!!

Remember I'm from Scotland origionally so anything over 20 is too hot. I've never had it done to any of the cars that I've had and wanted to try it, so why not.

I'd agree with the vision thing but only through the back window. Through the side windows it not a problem at all.

fair enough mate, you seem to have gone for a lightish tint which is good idea , my mates got a kuro and he has it tinted pitch black (highly illegal but passed MOT and hes been pulled over for speeding twice but no-one commented on the tints) and even though it does look nice , his vision is shite at nights - he also gets these vertical smears on the side windows -he says all z's get them , but i dont get them on my z and i was convinced the tint causes them, what about you

  3. yeah , i dont think they will suit a GM thatsz why i havnt agreed to get them, tbh the red trim in the flesh is more obvious that in the pictures, i am after a "dark " wheel for my GM and i thought these would do it, but it looks like that no-one wants them now,

Baptist - you telling me my car could look like knight rider!!!!!!! :yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

  4. My friend who owns a kuro saw these in coventry and put a deposit down, but now doesnt want them and hes been egging me on to pick them up for my GM , they are 19" + Toyo proxes for about 2k, i personally dont think they will look good on a gm -what do you think?

  5. ok i have a slight niggle, my handbrake is a bit naff, if i pull the handbrake up with a normal , mild tug , it wont hold the car, if i pull it hard it will hold it well on a slope.

    - when i park it up i leave it in gear and yank the handbreak hard and its not a problem , but when im in traffic up a hill its really tough- makes me feel im driving a supercar rather than a jap coupe

its still under warranty , i was wondering has anyone had this fixed and were the stealers mongs about it, because i have a feeling when they test it, they will say it holds the car fine-which it does but only whn you you give it some!

  6. went down to london last weekend , 1st time ive ever driven round central -its easier than people make out!!!

didnt see a single other z until i parked up in an underground car park

the spaces were as wide as toothpicks and i barely got mine in safeley when i saw a GM across the ramp struggling to get in a space even smaller than mine , i looked inside the car -2 attractive blondes , i offerd my assistance ;) , but they refused -and preictably enough i watched The inevitable........................... she scraped the the rear quater panel on one stone pillar , smaked the side mirror so it folded the wrong way on another pillar, then proceded to gouge a chunk of the front ray on a kerb as she tried to correct her mess :yuck: ,

she got out of her car , looked across at her friend and said " ****, james is going to kill me!" - yes he is
