well martin, as you know i got the car new in march 07, and it used on average a ltr of oil for every 1k and it got steadily worse untill on last dealer check it had used 1.75 ltr in 600 miles so a new engine it be, but it has taken a year of moaning at them to get this far, speak soon mate kev

anyone know where i can buy a pair of white front bumper reflectors for my 07 z, dealer says they dont make them for my model, i know they are wider than the pre 06 ones ?????? thanks kev

thanks for the link digsy, very interesting reading, my car now done 9k , and its used 1ltr per k so far, i will show these comments to my dealer to raise the issue better but i dont suppose it will get me anywhere, as dealers dont seem to care, i got no help with my last problem on my old z, having said that it was dixon back then and its now been taken over, so maybe they be different, thanks all kev ps what is a leak down test ?

i have a 07 gt 300, i dont drive excessive speeds but iam not slow but my car is useing 1 ltr of oil for every 1,000 miles, 5 w 40 oil, my dealer checked car computer etc and said nothing wrong, how much is your 350 useing please, ?????????? thanks kev

Well, whilst I was at the circus I logged onto ebay and look what I found: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ruff-20- ... dZViewItem 20 inch versions of yours for £800 to be fair Sarnie they are in the States and these have tyres on.. £1000 for as new wheels and tyres seems about right My point was, how did they cost £2600 in the first place? Very misleading to potential suitors thinking they are getting a bargain yep get your point, someone may have paid that for them , I on the other hand paid , I seem to remember, £1400 for mine brand new with Continental tyres fitted hi mate, £1400 if that is for same chrome wheels and tyres, that is good, mine have falcon tyres on and i have reciept to prove how much i paid for them from cruzin on chrome, a british company, maybe i was ripped off, maybe not i did look in to it at the time, who knows , thanks for all the info from all thou, i have just got some new ones from us and id did cost me a lot more than advertised, vat-duty-taxes etc, thanks kev Kev the price paid was for these well i know chrome ones are more expensive, but i may have paid over the odds, thanks mate, kev

i checked the price of them, they cost £2,300. check the price of these with tyres for your self and if anyone is interested, the first person to come with just £1,000 can take them, people who dont think they are worth that can go back to the circus with there bright yellow cars, ha ha, thanks kev 07984240536.

Or contact member tdi on here by PM. There will be other rolling roads near you if thtis doesn't work out. Despite any speedo error (10% is way too high IMO Liam) if you really are struggling at 130, you have a problem. One thing I would ask though is, are you someone who say hits their rev limiter (in any gear) several times a day or once or twice a month by mistake. Some people 'baby' their cars by running under say 5k rpm all the time and the thing never really gets run in, then when they want to open it up, so to speak, it can be sluggish. Just a thought i hit the red line virtually every time i am in it i love the sound and speed

the car goes up to 130 with no problem at all then it struggles on up to 150 and wont go any faster, yes i know that is still fast but it is limmited to 155 and nissan admit it should not be too sluggish and should do 155 great car thou. is the car all standard (exhaust , inlet etc. ) ? yes it is all standard
