  1. yeah ive noticed that, it hasnt got the leather (which is a good thing as the misses doesnt like it) and there is no cruise control, this just gives me more control ove the price, ive been to look at the car and can say its in good condition on the outside, the alloy could do with some work but its not to bad and the right sideskirt paint has come off on the inside, neither a problem, the interior could do with a bit of a clean

p1ste i remember you from celica-club, what you doing in these neck of the woods, thought you bought a TT?

    hey hey

you're correct. yeah still have the audi tt. look in my sig ;-)

it's been two years and fancy a change

  2. excellent.

i sent him an email, i wonder if i get a reply (can't check hotmail during the day )

funny this as my local radio station GWR Bristol was talking about scammers like this today and is winding up the Nigerian Seller (something about putting money together for investment), i think you can see this on their website. but he said on the radio he's going to reply with 1) where about as will get plane over and discuss

    2) bit of a twist, but just come in to lots of money through inheritance etc. etc.

  3. as sarnie said that's how a scam works.

i actually got caught out many moons ago, with western union, think it was on something cheap, but had no guarantte like credit card or payal.

however it could be possible price if needed a quick sale.

i would think current market, if needed a trade in price offer would probably be similar, so it's a more realistic price.

it's the ones which should be say £10-15k advertising it at £5k or something which are definate scams

  4. crickey. they really are getting ready for the 370z.

the few cars i've had in the past, had run off models

i.e. pug 306 - run off model came with leather, air con

celica - GT model, with more kit

TT - QS sport model etc.

but looks like the 350z is so well spec'd, it looks like has to be price cutting.

can't believe my local dealer has the following at such high prices:

    Wessex Garages (Bristol) Nissan

    2004 54 Reg Nissan 350Z Coupe 2-Door 3499 cc 3.5 V6 GT (trade) £17k

and would be interesting to how they price:

    2008 08 Reg Nissan 350Z Coupe 2-Door 3499 cc 3.5 V6 GT (trade) £26k in the near future

  5. have a hunt about.

£13k will find a nice one, but over the last month i've seen quite a few in the £10k's 03-53 plates with below average miles

if paying that i would be prepared to hold out and get the 296bhp model, as they have a slightly revised interior

  6. There isn't much point in me dropping the price further (or paying for ferries etc), as it becomes easier to just trade it in at that price.

have you had trade in values?

i've been keeping my eye on prices on zed's, there's been quite a few around £12-13k last month and some have dropped to £10k's over the weeks.

i assume they are the same, want to get as much as possible for it on a hard market.

but still a great price, good luck

  7. i just posted asking who does 20k a year in a zed and quite a few do.

company car tax on this would be high, due to emissions (not sure how it works entirely)

from my understanding, it's benefit in kind a company car with high emissions, so will have to pay 40% (assuming you are on higher tax bracket) on rrp say at £30k, so that's like £12k/year

i might be completely wrong, but that's my understanding.
