I have managed to kurb one of my Rays... completely gutted. Are there any options of getting it repaired... so that it looks as good as new. The damage is not that bad... just scratched.

I just wondered if there are any holes to fill when replacing the bog standard spoiler with a Nismo one? If so does the Nismo spoiler cover over the filled holes?

Silver coupe going South between junctions 31 and 30 today at 9.00ish.

So what is the best cover to get? I have been quoted £375 from Nissan for a long term storage cover.

What does this plug into? and what does it look like when fitted?

Is there any difference between the Nismo spoiler and the Nismo style spoiler.. There is one on ebay at the moment, claiming to be an official Nismo.. I just wondered if there was anyway of telling whether or not it is official?

Quality. You may find that it comes hell of a lot earlier than 7 weeks. I ordered mine in March and it came the second week of April.

I have a tomtom 300, which has been pretty good. I use it quite often with work and find it easy to use etc. and the post code search is very handy.

Only trouble with the portable sat nav systems is thieving mofos breaking in to your car. I always leave mine in the glove box as I cant be bothered to carry it around with me... I had my previous car broken into just because I had left the windscreen mount still attached... the tomtom was nicely locked away in the glove box, which they didnt manage to get.. but they stole the £30 screen mount... and caused several hundred £s worth of damage.. The coppers told me even if i had taken the screen mount of the windscreen, they would have still broken in, as they look for the marks left on the windscreen..

I got my new Z a couple of weeks ago. Starting to wish that I had gone for parking sensors... and maybe some sort of ground clearance sensor

When I ordered mine the dealer knocked off around £900, so there is some room for negotiating. Also go for the standard, mats including boot mat, free tank of petrol etc.

I would also recommend a tomtom rather then splashing out for a sat nav system with the car.

I am interested in a Nismo exhaust.. However would I need to change anything else as well?

What difference would the hi flow cat make?

Was it a UK MR2?

I have been floating around the site for a couple of weeks, so I thought I should finally introduce myself.

Picked up my 06 GM Zed GT a couple of weeks ago. Completely thrilled to bits with it.

Not really had many cars before, last car was an MR2 roadster SMT and before that a 1.1 Saxo (which I still use for work), so quite a big step up to the Zed.

Hopefully a picture of my car is attached...

Intending changing the front and rear Nissan badges... and would like Nismo spoiler put on. Not really given much more thought to other mods.

I am thinking of having this paint protection film from Paint Shield put on my car. I have never seen it on a car before, and just wondered if its any good, and what it actually looks like on the car.

I bought a JCB portable vacuum, it was pretty expensive and a complete waste af money... although some of the attachments are useful
