  1. I love the Fairlady badge but I am sure the next owner will get rid of it.
  2. Thanks a lot guys, the decals are gone I put them on a bit wonky and the wipers dirtied the windscreen one. The complete kit came from Mark Brinster who I got my Nismo wheels from in the USA so I think the skirts will be the bigger US ones. The spoiler does have the carbon blade but I’m painting it white (if I ever get it).
  3. Well my car is finally finished. I have decided not to spend any more money on my Z and leave things the way they are (expect the spoiler which comes next week). Here are a few pics. Hope you like Still not sure about the Nismo decals think they’ll be gone tomorrow.
  4. Wasn’t me, must have been Lee.
  5. I got my wheels from Mark Brinster he is a top guy. I got my them in four days. He has a set at a buy now price of $1700.
  6. The spoiler will fit the UK Z's.It is specifically made for those cars that came with the small spoiler. When you take that spoiler off,the Nismo one will fit right in the holes already drilled so no extra body work will be required to fill un-necessary holes.Hope that helps.
  7. Do you know I have no idea how much it is worth. I paid $2500 including delivery for the complete kit including V2 bumper which was $1000 + $500 delivery so I thought I’d wait and see how it does on eBay. My new spoiler is 230 pounds delivered so I am hoping to get as close to that as possible.

    Nismo V2

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that having the kit all the same colour (color) was the right decision. That is one hell of a nice car.
  10. If you would like to see a white Z in the flesh you are more than welcome to come look at mine. I am still hoping to get to the Wales drive out on the 15th but can’t commit yet. I have just purchased a Nismo V2 kit from Mark Brinster and I am hoping to start the fitting on Wednesday plus the flex in my Nismo exhaust has collapsed and is not much fun to drive at the moment.
  11. Ill do my best to get there. If I can take it a bit easier the night before on the sauce then I should make the drive. If a white z turns up you’ll know I’ve managed it.
  12. Mine went in ok, I used http://www.wecanfit.co.uk to install it. Sounds great.
  13. The position of the radio isn’t ideal for looking at maps, however the voice commands are extremely clear as they come through the front speakers and turn the radio down. I also have the KNA-VC300 microphone and talk switch so I can talk to the Kenwood radio without having to press buttons on the screen.
  14. All you need is this , http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... AMEWN%3AIT
  15. You will need one of these, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... AMEWN%3AIT
  16. I have the Kenwood DDX-7025 with satnav, Ipod connector and parking camera. It’s all connected to the Bose speakers and amp. Looks and sounds great would recommend.
  17. I was on my way to Bolton Mike. Sent the ICE details but just in case here it is again. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... AMEWN%3AIT
  18. Only joking mate I wouldn't worry too much about it being an import. JDM cars have a 112mph limiter so it won't exactly have been thrashed and generally they are in better condition than uk zeds ( less stone chips and they don't salt the roads in Japan) In regard to the market being a dead duck, I'd disagree. If you buy a uk car for £19k and sell it for £15k 3 years later, its the same as buying an import for £16k and selling it for £12k 3 yrs on. You buy cheap and sell cheap That is spot on. I brought a JDM for the colour (white) no other reason. I paid less than 15K so if I get 12.5K in a couple of years ill be happy.
  19. I got it here, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... AMEWN%3AIT
  20. It is a bit wonky at the top, ill sort that tomorrow. It cost 142 Pounds so not cheap. The old plastic grill had to be chopped out completely to fit the new one (I was a bit nerves about that as the grill is for an MY06 only and mine is a 03).
  21. Fitted my new grill today and it wasn’t quite as straightforward as I thought. Very happy with the result though.
  22. This works if you have the bose amp and speakers. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... AMEWN%3AIT
  23. I purchased my car through Bonsai Cars last month. It’s a 03, ST, 14K miles, Pearl white and mint condition. The total price on my drive was 14,800 pounds. There will be some people especially dealers telling you JDM cars depreciate to fast and are not recommended but for under 15K ill take my chances. Bonsai cars are the most frustrating people to deal with but once you get your car you’ll forget all about it. Best of luck mate.
  24. I have just received my car from bonsai cars, paid 14900 pounds, it’s perfect. 1400 miles pearl white not a mark on it. Go for it.
