Hi H5, no I've got a Blade. I've booked it in though, along with a P2 service. I'll let you know how it goes. I've also told them I'm going to supply my own oil which they've offered £15 off the service cost.

Hi Liam, yes still got over a year left on the warranty. Just wondered if there was a quick fix. Just covered 1400 miles in the past week, the CD packed in after about 400 miles

I've got the Bose stereo and now whenever I try to play a CD the system displays the error "Check Disk", this happens with every CD I try. If there's 6 CD's in the changer it tries to play each one in sequence then ends up with the same error. Any ideas, is it buggered, how do I get the panel off to see what's going on?! Ta.

How much did you end up selling it for Pete? I bought mine recently pretty much the same spec as yours, same age but with sat nav and even less mileage for £22K, from a dealer....

I've voted for keep it accessible. If people are enthusiastic enough they will register. What's the harm in allowing guests to browse? Is it only registered users that are allowed to post? If so then I'm all for that.

So far I've averaged 24.6mpg over 1100 miles which is a lot better than I got with my 3.0 V6 GTV....bloody thirsty Italians!

Sunday 25th at about 3pm, he flashed, I waved as my wife was driving the car. It was her first outing as the driver so I was more preoccupied with making sure she didn't do any damage.....not that she's a bad driver you understand

According to the dealer the latest CD version is 2004 and they want £180 for it. I just laughed....again

Info on update CD's would be great. I called the dealer who said they don't have any updates, only the DVD version that comes with the new cars, he also suggested that to upgrade to DVD would involve changing the whole system, screen and all. I just laughed

It's all factory installed , CD player's in the cubby hole behind the passenger seat. Wonder if you can just swap the CD box for a DVD and get the updated maps....or no doubt that'll cost hundreds!! I'll check with the dealer today.

OK got the car, the sat nav system is CD based and dated 2003. I've searched and searched but not been able to find info on updating the maps. Does anyone know if it's possible. Obviously I've seen that the later versions are DVD based... Cheers, Kenny
